COACHES
The Arnold Junior Shooters SCTP program boasts one of the largest staff of Certified Coaches of any team in the USA. Certified Coaches have completed not ony the sport-specific Shotgun Sports training from the NRA and USA Shooting, but have also completed training from the American Sport Education Program (ASEP), the training that is required for most High School and Collegiate coaches in all sports (football, wrestling, etc.)
Currently, all of our Appointed Coaches have completed the ASEP training as well and are awaiting their Certified Coach credentials. We welcome several new coaches for the 2008 season.

Coach Dickerson is also a Certified Coach Trainer and a member of the NRA & USA Shooting's National Coach Development Staff (NCDS).
